Before your PDF is released, we ask for your full name, phone number, email, and consent to process your data — in line with the Data Protection Act 2019.
Consent is timestamped and stored. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Retained for 36 months, deleted on request.

STEP 07
The moment your lead is created, a Viaison specialist is notified by SMS and CRM alert. They will call you within 5 minutes to answer questions and finalise your policy.
Leads are assigned round-robin among available agents. If an agent doesn't acknowledge within 2 minutes, the lead is reassigned. Escalation triggers after 30 minutes of no contact.

If the engine cannot find a plan that meets your budget and mandatory needs, it won't guess. You'll see a clear message: "We couldn't find a plan matching your criteria. A specialist will call you." Does the engine search the internet for plans?
No. The rating engine works exclusively with Viaison's pre-configured plan catalogue — a locked, versioned set of insurer options maintained by our team. No live internet searches, no outdated public data.
What if no plan fits my budget?
We tell you clearly. The fallback message is: 'We couldn't find a plan matching your criteria.' A specialist will then call you to discuss adjusted options or alternative structures.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is role-based — sales agents see full lead data, engineers see only anonymised logs. Data is retained for 36 months and deleted on request under the Data Protection Act 2019.
Can I start on WhatsApp and continue on the web?
The quote flow is channel-specific for the MVP. Starting on WhatsApp completes on WhatsApp; starting on the web completes on the web. Your source channel is logged in the CRM.
How is the 'best plan' decided?
The engine filters plans by your cover type and family structure, adjusts premiums for age bands and declared conditions, enforces a 20% budget tolerance, then scores each plan: 60% coverage completeness, 40% budget fit. The highest scorer wins; lowest premium breaks a tie.
What happens after the agent calls?
Your lead moves through a pipeline: New → Contacted → Quoted → Follow-up → Won / Lost. The agent manages this in Frappe CRM. You'll receive follow-up communication at each stage.
